Homecoming

Hello!

Last week was Homecoming week for our side of town and Sam had a great (and very busy) week!

Monday night started with Under the Lights. Basically, it’s field day for the big kids, but it takes place at night…hence “Under the lights.”  Sam was on a team with 12 of his friends and they had a blast! There’s a game that involves pudding and somehow Sam seems to always get covered.

Friday was the Homecoming game and we won!! It was our first win of the season and boy did we need that!  It was so much fun!!! I sell t-shirts at the games, so I get there early to set up, which gives me time to watch the boys warm up and get a picture or two of Sam!

Sam asked Isabelle to homecoming by making her a poster, driving to her house, playing “Your Eyes” on his speaker while standing outside his truck..holding up the sign!  So sweet. Jack caught it all on camera!

Saturday finally came and that meant Homecoming dance! Sam and Isabelle went with Sam’s great friend, Jake and Isabelle’s friend Morgan. Such a great group of kiddos!

What a fun week for everyone! Now time for a nap!!
